An Unforgettable Adventure

Although that line usually is heard during ads for new movies, a movie is not what did it for me. My unforgettable adventure came at 2300 hours on Saturday, January 27, 2007. I will never forget what I did that night. I was at the Blue Mountain cross-country ski resort near North Battleord, Saskatchewan. It wasn't the skiing that was so memorable, but it was where I slept that night. I slept in what is called a quinzie. A quinzie is basicly a pile of snow that has had the inside hollowed out. I think the thing that amazed me most was that the temperature inside the quinzie was probably 20 degrees warmer than the temperature outside. Now I know houw a mouse can survive the cold of winter just by digging tunnels under the snow. I have never really thought of it before but isn't it amazing how all things work together for good? God is so awesome!

My hockey team lost our big game in provincial qualifications today. It wasn't really my teams fault etheir. I'm not saying we played amazing but we still should have one it. The ref was really bad. we got an interference call because one of our guys got ran over when he was trying to get the puck. I have no clue why we got the call because our guy didn't even try to hit the other guy. I got a hooking penalty because their guy grabbed my stick and fell down on it which also dragged me down with it. I find it wierd that all the important gmes are poorely reffed and the games that don't really matter have better reffing. I don't meen to complain but to me it doesn't make any sense.

This is my brother and sister. They are lots of fun to hang out with and play games with. My brother has been growing his beard for two months and it's the best!
